Donna Jones is a Viewing and Leasing Agent with the Metro team. During her time with the company, she previously managed the trust account before transitioning into a more people-focused role, supporting the team’s continued growth.

Donna is super friendly, well organised, and highly efficient. In her role, she is responsible for holding open homes for properties that are vacant or soon to become available. She assists prospective tenants with the application process, conducts credit and reference checks, liaises with investors, and helps guide both landlords and tenants through each step to ensure a smooth and successful leasing experience.

Outside of work, Donna is passionate about sport—particularly soccer, which she both plays and enjoys watching. She also loves spending quality time with her niece and nephews.
