Our leadership team is led by our New Zealand Chief Executive, Daniel Coulson, and Carey Smith, Executive Chairman, who has over 30 years within the Ray White Group. Treena Drinnan, as the Chief Agency Officer, provides strategic direction to our network. Stephanie Watson, who has been with Ray White since 2007, is a significant part of the leadership team as the New Zealand Head of Franchise Operations.
