Maureen and Tony began their Real Estate careers with Leaders Real Estate (1987) Ltd. They both quickly established themselves as skilled and competent salespersons with a strong marketing focus and negotiating skills.

Maureen began her Real Estate career in Lower Hutt in 1999. She quickly established herself as a skilled and competent salesperson whose reputation is second to none. Maureen has a strong marketing focus and quickly builds an excellent relationship with all clients she meets. Her unique factor is her ability to 'read' situations effectively and give buyers confidence to put forward their very best price and conditions to secure a property, her results often exceed vendors expectations and within a fair and reasonable time frame. 

Tony will give you total confidence to know that the job will be done right and done right from the start. Tony prides himself on his ethics, integrity and energy. Prior to Real Estate Tony was a Detective in the NZ Police as well as being a member of the Armed Offender Squad, he was also an employer in private enterprise and he worked in the insurance industry. 

Maureen & Tony’s abilities were recognised when both were appointed to manage, recruit and train salespersons while rebuilding a local office which they successfully did before returning to Leaders Real Estate.
