Pat Taylor has been a long term member of the Real Estate Fraternity, commencing his career as a sales person in Epsom nearly 30 years ago. Pat has always been based in Epsom and he's often heard to say "There aren't many houses in Epsom that I haven't been in!"
Pat is a knowledgeable man with deep insights into the process of buying and selling residential properties. He is a founding member of the Ray White Organisation in New Zealand. With his wife Mary, they have proven to be an effective team for many years. Pat was elected onto the Real Estate Institute as a Councillor, by his peers.
Although Pat continues to sell properties for his long term clients, his and Mary's focus is on continuing to grow a substantial rent roll in the central Auckland suburbs.
