Before his Real Estate career Phil was a professional guitarist in various bands in Christchurch, Auckland and Australia playing concerts with the likes of Little Richard, ACDC, Eric Clapton, Roxy Music, Talking Heads. B52s Peter Frampton and many other lumineries of the music world, The experience gained from that means if someone doesn’t want to pay top dollar for your house he can’t hear them.
