I started my own accounting firm at a young age and accumulated over a decade of experience in accounting and taxation. My firm bridged China and New Zealand business activities, and helped hundreds of new Chinese immigrants with investment and entrepreneur category visas and many high-net-worth individuals settle and invest in New Zealand successfully. Areas of expertise include New Zealand tax legislation in Property Transactions, Tax & Structures, Property Development & Land transactions, the New Zealand Overseas Investment Act, and the New Zealand and China Double Tax Agreement.

Driven by a passion for the property industry, I made a significant career shift, sold my accounting practice to pursue a Master of Construction degree at Massey University. During this time, I successfully managed subdivision and construction projects, with a combined value exceeding $20M. My meticulous work ethic, coupled with my exceptional relationship-building skills, enabled me to build a vast network in the construction industry.
