Aaron works with buyers and sellers across Bream Bay and Waipu, including Ruakākā, One Tree Point and the surrounding coastal communities. His property experience includes residential sales and land, while his leadership role involves supporting the teams at the Marsden Cove and Waipu offices.

Under Aaron’s leadership, the Bream Bay and Waipu business received Ray White Premier Business Leader recognition across five consecutive award periods from 2020/21 to 2024/25.
