Alana oversees the day-to-day operations of A T Realty Group, ensuring the business runs efficiently and the team has the support and tools they need to perform at their best.
As one of the company’s longest-serving team members, Alana has been with A T Realty Group since its early days more than 14 years ago. She has been closely involved in the company’s growth, supporting its expansion from a single office to six locations and from a small team of five to more than 150.
With a deep understanding of how the business operates, Alana continues to focus on strengthening systems, lifting standards, and supporting sustainable growth across the group.
