I’ve always been driven by purpose, progress, and doing the work properly.
Work ethic was part of my upbringing, and it’s a standard I still hold myself to. I genuinely enjoy being busy and curious. It’s why I’ve so often had more than one thing on the go, and why I’m always learning something new, sharpening how I work, and building for the long term. I find real satisfaction in getting better at things.
Before real estate, I worked in accounts and then in sales, and I’m grateful for both. The numbers side taught me to prepare properly, read the fine print, and check rather than guess. Sales taught me that people remember how you made them feel, and that trust is built in the small moments: the call you said you’d make, the honest answer when it’s not the easy one. More than once I’ve been asked to train others, which I’ve always taken as the nicest kind of compliment.
That mindset let me buy my first investment property at 20, and it shapes how I look after clients now. I’ve been the one signing the papers, lying awake over the decision, and hoping I’d chosen well. I don’t forget that when I’m sitting across the table from someone making their own.
Over three and a half years in real estate, mostly in Mt Eden, I’ve come to know the area the way you only can by living and working in it. I pair that with an AI-powered approach to comparative market analysis, so when we talk about price, it’s grounded in evidence rather than wishful thinking. I believe good outcomes come from preparation, clear thinking, and consistency, not shortcuts.
I bring energy, discipline, and genuine care to every home and every client. My approach is grounded, considered, and accountable, and I want you to feel clear and confident at every step, from the first conversation through to settlement.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest things most people will ever do. I take that responsibility seriously, and I’d be glad to help you with yours.
