“Success is not the key to happiness; happiness is the key to success…”

This is my mantra and I wholeheartedly believe in every word! However, when I started my journey as a real estate salesperson, all of a sudden I couldn’t relate to this phrase. My thinking was “you work hard, you become successful, and you derive happiness out of it” and then something happened.

I helped one of my clients to sell their property where they lived for almost 40 years. It was not easy to move on from a place where they had spent almost half of their life. After all, it was their home. So, they needed a little handholding, and support settling into their new life. I helped them with that, and it was incredible to see how happy and thankful they were.

I like helping people in general, but this was different. I truly felt that I had done something worthwhile. Surprisingly, I never felt that way even when I sold properties worth double the price of their property.

That day, I found my purpose! I realised I would like to do more for my clients than just selling or buying properties for them. Going that extra mile gave me the sense of fulfilment. So, my motto became ‘dreams over deals’.

I was not a real estate salesperson anymore. I became a property partner. Now, I don’t just close deals for my clients. I try to help them fulfill their dreams by being a trusted partner on their property journey, however long or short that may be.

Buying or selling a property is just the first step towards a new journey; there are many more steps to be taken. I am here to walk by your side, for as long as you need me.
