Twenty years in Northland telecommunications gave Brett Sawyers a wide network of business relationships, many of which have continued into his real estate career. Now living in One Tree Point and working alongside Lyn Sawyers, he combines that experience with a personal interest in the people behind each property.

Brett enjoys meeting people and values the relationships that develop over time. Business groups and the golf course are familiar parts of his life, and he brings that sociable, practical approach to conversations with clients. He and Lyn share experience in running businesses and looking after customers, including their former Lodge Bordeaux motel business.

His real estate work includes homes across the Whangārei area as well as his current Bream Bay focus. Lyn supports Brett and their clients, contributing her hospitality and property experience to their work together.

Brett’s work has been recognised with Ray White’s Elite and Premier Performer awards, as well as the Tony Fountain Auction Excellence award in 2022. His attention to service was recognised with Ray White Whangārei’s Supreme Service award for 2024/25.
