I’m Caleb Corby, born and raised in the Hutt Valley and proud to call Wainuiomata home. With over 30 years of family experience in Wellington real estate through my uncle and grandfather, the industry has always been part of my world. Growing up around open homes, auctions, and property conversations has given me a strong foundation and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

I’m a driven and motivated salesperson who brings strong communication, discipline, and a competitive mindset to every client relationship. My background in customer service, hospitality, and administration has taught me the value of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail — qualities that help ensure a smooth, stress‑free experience from start to finish.

Specialising in residential property across Lower Hutt, I work with first‑home buyers, growing families, retirees, and investors. My approach is simple, built on clear communication, consistent follow‑through, and a commitment to achieving strong outcomes while keeping clients informed and confident at every step, while making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Community is a big part of who I am. Having lived in Wainuiomata my whole life, I value genuine relationships and connecting with people from all walks of life. I’ve played a wide range of sports — including football, cricket, golf, the gym, badminton and cars — and have captained a cricket team, experiences that strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and determination. I was involved with ARISE church, learning japanese and going to Japan, which helps me relate to a wide range of clients, cultures and build trust quickly.
