Carl, a key member of the team since 2009, says “The key to any great relationship is good communication” and Carl has the skills and experience to ensure effective communication between tenants, landlords and the property management team. Carl manages a residential property portfolio of properties from Ponsonby to St Heliers to Stonefields.
Carl is NZQA Level 4 Property Management qualified and is a REINZ Accredited Property Manager. He is also a REINZ Ambassador for Auckland and is a committee member of the St Heliers Bay Village Association.
Prior to starting in with Best in the Bays – Best Property Management, Carl was a Customer Services Manager for Unilodge – Meridian Group where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 330 apartments in Auckland City. He also managed a number of non-profit sporting clubs and also trained and worked in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. He is married and lives with his wife and two children in the Eastern Suburbs.
