Carolina brings a designer’s eye and a communications background to the way property is presented. As Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, her contribution is to help turn a property campaign into material that feels considered, engaging and specific to the home.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Graphic Design and launched her first studio in Buenos Aires in her early twenties. After relocating to New Zealand, she established herself in Auckland, continuing to develop her creative expertise and design work.

As an in-house designer, Carolina works on the property marketing material that prospective buyers encounter, including advertisements, brochures and customised presentation books. Her role combines creativity with the practical need to produce tailored material promptly as a campaign takes shape.

“Our marketing packages play a crucial role in how properties are presented — whether through advertisements, brochures, or customized presentation books,” she explains. “We are committed to showcasing properties with thoughtfulness and engagement to captivate prospective buyers.”

Beyond her design work, Carolina brings that same energy to community causes. In 2016, she helped organise a Pink Ribbon event—an initiative she proposed and worked hard to bring to life.
