Cherie Lamb is one of 360 Property Management’s most experienced property managers, with more than two decades’ experience in residential property and body corporate management. Cherie also holds the The New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4).

Her past roles include 16 years as an Auckland property manager, body corporate manager, personal assistant to a property developer and architectural firm office manager – which have provided her with a broad and comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the property industry.

And, after spending years building her own property portfolio, she intimately understands the challenges and predicaments property investors face, which better equips her to provide a top-tier service of property management to her clients.

She is high-energy person with excellent time management skills and communication, which makes for an ideal property manager.

In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons, fitness, painting and music.
