Cheryl Hayes is a marketing and design specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, communication and design, with a focus on creating marketing that is both thoughtful and effective.
With a background in design, Cheryl approaches marketing with a strong emphasis on research, clarity and iteration. She believes good design is not simply about how something looks, but how it functions — helping ideas connect with the right audience and deliver meaningful results.
At Ray White Whangārei, Cheryl leads the business’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring the brand maintains a strong and consistent presence across online and offline platforms. Her work focuses on amplifying property exposure, strengthening brand visibility, and providing agents and clients with high-quality marketing that supports successful campaigns.
Over two decades in the industry, Cheryl has built strong relationships across the real estate sector and developed a deep understanding of how effective communication, design and technology work together to support sales.
Originally from Darwin, Australia, Cheryl completed her design training at Curtin University of Technology before moving to New Zealand, where she now applies her design-led thinking to marketing strategy in a fast-moving property market.
