Originally from China, Chongde moved to New Zealand more than 20 years ago and has spent the last ten+ years in Manukau. He loves that Manukau has such a wealth of interesting communities all living within the region and boasts the largest Polynesian community in the world.
He is a fluent speaker of the Mandarin language.
