Beginnings:
Having grown up in Auckland in the Sandringham/Mt Roskill area, Damon attended Mt Albert Grammar School and began his working life in Grey Lynn. He married a local girl and a few years later commenced business ownership.

Having studied Law at AUT in Auckland, Damon understands the legal and ethical requirements involved in transacting real estate. He says, "As a licensee, we have a fiduciary duty of care to our clients. Maintaining confidentiality is an integral part of the real estate journey".
