In 2008, Dane joined the family business, naturally gravitating towards sales, where he discovered his passion for helping people buy and sell lifestyle and rural properties across the greater Tauranga region. His genuine approach and local knowledge quickly set him apart.

In 2020, Dane stepped into a leadership role as Director, guiding the business through an exciting new chapter—joining forces with Ray White, one of the most respected names in real estate.
