With more than eight years of experience owning and running her own successful property management company, Dearne brings a huge amount of real-world knowledge to our team.

Her focus is on the engine room of the business, admin and accounts. It’s this sharp attention to detail that gives our clients peace of mind, knowing that every aspect of their investment is being looked after.

Dearne’s approach is refreshingly straightforward. She’s friendly and down-to-earth, but believes in clear, honest communication above all else. With Dearne, you’ll never be left wondering; you'll always know exactly where things stand.

Outside of the office, Dearne is a mum to three. As a family, she and her husband, business owner Arthur Subritzky, love the classic Kiwi lifestyle, summers spent out on the boat and winters on the sidelines of the sports field.

If you’re looking for a property manager who combines a no-nonsense attitude with a genuine, friendly approach, Dearne is the person you want on your team.
