Deep Sidhu

Deep Sidhu is a trainer, leader, coach, mentor and proud father of two daughters, with a genuine passion for people and their most valuable asset, property. Born and raised in India, Deep brings a wealth of life experience and a friendly, down-to-earth approach to real estate. He believes that real estate is about more than property. It is about understanding people, listening to their needs and supporting them through one of life’s biggest decisions.

With a background in engineering and business, Deep has extensive experience in teaching, business management and property development. After moving to the UK for further studies in 2002, he made New Zealand his home in 2007. Describing property as being in his DNA, Deep began buying and selling properties in India before continuing his passion here in New Zealand. His hands-on experience includes buying, renovating, renting, subdividing and developing properties across various locations throughout the country.

Now part of the Ray White Austar Realty team as a Real Estate Salesperson, Deep is motivated to build a successful career by combining his practical property knowledge with his passion for helping others. Clients can expect patience, honesty, clear communication and a commitment to making the buying and selling process as simple and stress-free as possible. His knowledge of local neighbourhoods, from schools and parks to hidden gems, helps clients feel confident and informed throughout their property journey.

Outside of real estate, Deep enjoys travelling, spending time in nature and supporting local businesses and non-profit organisations, including the Red Cross, SPCA and World Vision. He also values staying connected with the community through local events and initiatives.
