Four and a half years into real estate, Drew has built her experience across residential, development, rural, lifestyle and investment property. But for Drew, property has never been just about houses. It’s about people, their circumstances, their plans and the stories behind every move.

Drew reads between the lines. She listens carefully, understands that every situation is different and has an instinct for recognising what really matters to the people she is working with. Positive by nature and solutions-focused when it counts, when things become complicated, Drew gets busy finding a way forward.

Her attention to detail is one of her strengths. Whether working with a buyer, preparing a property for market or managing the many moving parts behind a campaign, she is organised, thoughtful and committed to doing things properly.

Over the past four and a half years Drew has had the opportunity to work alongside some exceptional agents and within different areas of the property market, building a broad foundation of knowledge and experience. She has worked with clients from all walks of life and from around the world, and it is those relationships that remain one of the things she values most about real estate.

Outside property, Drew’s background is just as varied. A former professional dancer and now dance teacher, she understands discipline, preparation, creativity and how to connect with people. She has also co-run a beverage business with her family, giving her firsthand experience of building a brand, working with customers and backing an idea with plenty of hard work.

Having travelled extensively, lived in different places and called many different houses home herself, Drew has developed a natural imagination for property and an appreciation that a home can mean something completely different to every person who walks through the door.

For Drew, success comes down to hard work, good communication, a sense of humour and genuine relationships. She brings energy to what she does, cares deeply about the people she works with and believes real estate can be professional, successful and still have plenty of soul.
