Originally from Kaikohe, Ella has spent most of her life in Waima and possesses a deep personal connection to the Northland region. Having rented various farm properties across Moerewa, Whananaki, and Kawakawa, she brings a first-hand understanding of the local rental market and the unique needs of rural properties to her role.

With a diverse professional background - including management roles at Hertz and experience with Specsavers - Ella has cultivated an exceptional foundation in customer service, solution-finding, and a thorough understanding of the Privacy Act.

Her ability to build strong working relationships is a key asset, having successfully collaborated with everyone from court administrators and local suppliers to political figures. Known for her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, she is a fast learner with a sharp eye for time management.

When she isn’t looking after her clients and tenants, Ella is likely out exploring nature or heading to the beach with her beloved Black English Lab, Billy. She is an avid reader and road-trip enthusiast who enjoys camping, making beeswax candles, and spending quality time with her friends.
