Upon finishing high school she entered the home staging industry, gaining valuable early exposure to the property market. With a genuine interest in residential property, interior design and helping people, Real Estate was a natural career progression.
Elsie spent four years working in home staging, where she was entrusted with clients properties and personal belongings. This experience strengthened her professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. Alongside staging, she worked within her family's dog grooming business, further developing her organisation skills, time efficiency and ability to thrive in fast paced environments, while maintaining a calm, professional manner.
