Fabiany comes to Real Estate with over 25 years’ experience in the building industry including an Architecture degree. Having worked in several architectural firms through to a sole charge Sales Consultant in two prestigious Kitchen Showrooms in Auckland, to a New Home Consultant for two building companies. 

Fabiany has a wealth of experience when it comes to land and property after working in the Auckland region with a number of property developments. This solid foundation has enabled her to see creative potential in every property.

With a career built on the belief that the client always comes first, Fabiany takes pride in guiding and educating her clients to achieve the best results based on their needs and taking the time to listen to what they want.

Originally from Venezuela, Fabiany moved to London in 2002 to study English, and has been living in Auckland since 2004. She has carefully watched as the city has grown and knows the benefits of living and experiencing the Kiwi lifestyle. 

A mother to a teenage daughter, who attends a local college and sports club, she understands the importance of family when it comes to your future home and needs. 

In her spare time, Fabiany can be regularly seen training at a local gym, fitness and nutrition have been part of her lifestyle, winning several championships in Athletics and Bodybuilding.
