Having lived in Christchurch for many years and now residing on a lifestyle property in a rural area near the city, she brings valuable firsthand knowledge of both residential and lifestyle living.

Gail began her real estate career in South Africa in 2003 and quickly established herself as a top performer with Habitat Real Estate. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she was awarded the prestigious Mortgage SA Trophy for Best Performing Agent in 2004.

In 2006, Gail and her family immigrated to New Zealand. Following her entrepreneurial spirit and love of floristry, she purchased the well-known Bunts Florist in New Regent Street, Christchurch, successfully owning and managing the business for several years.

Her passion for property eventually drew her back to real estate, and in November 2010 she resumed her career in the industry, completing the National Certificate in Real Estate. Gail quickly continued her track record of success, building a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and outstanding results.

Today, Gail combines her extensive real estate expertise, local market knowledge, and genuine commitment to her clients to deliver a positive and rewarding property experience.
