Hi, I'm James Nottage.

I'm a proud local real estate agent with Ray White Taupō who believes selling property should be anything but ordinary. Having grown up in Reporoa and now raising my own family in Taupō, I've spent my life in this community and understand what makes this region such a great place to call home.

Before moving into real estate in 2023, I spent almost a decade in marketing—working with MediaWorks before launching my own social media agency. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how to position and market homes to stand out, attract attention, and connect with the right buyers.

Today, I bring that same marketing expertise together with honest advice, genuine communication, and a fresh approach to real estate. My wife and I are raising our three children here in Taupō, so family and community are at the heart of everything I do. Whether you're buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, my goal is to make the process as straightforward and successful as possible.

Since entering the industry, my business has grown rapidly, and joining the successful team at Ray White Taupō has given me an even stronger platform to deliver exceptional results for my clients.

This is just the beginning.
