Kat moved to Coastlands in 2012 and has never looked back. Raising a family in the sunny Bay and enjoying what it has to offer was definitely worth the move from the South Island.

In 2021 Kat began working with Tony Bonne as his Personal Assistant and enjoyed the industry so much that in 2022 she completed her Real Estate License and joined Tony as Team Tony Bonne.

Kat enjoys working with people and brings with her commitment, a can do attitude, and a never give up mentality to put her all into her job and help vendors into their next journey and create memories for purchasers.

In her spare time you will find her with her four children and husband Leon enjoying the outdoors at the beaches and lakes that surround us, swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports.
