Katie Cato worked with our team in 2011/2012, before her family sought experience in Western Australia where she worked in accounts and administration for a small construction company.

Returning to New Zealand, the family moved to Christchurch where Katie spent 4 years as a Property Manager's Assistant for two agencies, one of which is one of the larger Ray White offices in the city. Whilst in Christchurch Katie studied for, and attained the NZQA Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 3 & 4).

Returning to be closer to extended family, Katie rejoined our company in 2017 with a wealth of property management experience behind her. A sound 'team-player' Katie's background gives her a good understanding of most problems that can arise in the property management profession.

Katie is proactive and has a 'can-do' attitude which ensures the smooth running of our portfolio along with efficient and effective communication with our investors.

Katie’s Ray White recognition includes Executive Performer for 2025/2026.

At home Katie and her husband have three children so, enjoying family time consumes the balance of Katie's busy life.
