Kaye brings more than two decades of property sales and marketing experience to her work with buyers and sellers around Mangawhai. Her career began in 2001 and spans Auckland and Northland, giving her a broad perspective on the homes, coastal retreats, lifestyle properties and sections that draw people to this part of the country.

As co-owner of Ray White Mangawhai with her husband Stewart, Kaye combines an active sales role with leading the local business. She achieved Licensee Agent status in 2016 while continuing to sell property and manage the office, a reflection of the energy and determination she brings to her work.

Kaye is especially proud of mentoring new salespeople and supporting the personal development that comes with growing their skills and confidence. Several salespeople have been part of the team for five to ten years, and helping them learn and develop is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

Kaye and the team also have a long-standing commitment to Mangawhai Bowls, supporting a club whose members live in both Mangawhai and Kaiwaka.
