While new to property management, he is not new to property – having built a strong background in commercial real estate, business ownership, and client service.

His diverse experience, from running his own wine business to working in commercial property, has given him a deep understanding of the different needs and expectations of property owners, investors, and tenants. Well-connected within the construction and property sectors, Kurt offers valuable insights and resources to support his clients.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Kurt is able to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
