I’ve been in real estate since 2002 and there’s nothing else I’d rather do. Every owner, buyer and house is different and the marketplace is always changing. If agents don’t evolve to stay on the top of their game, they get left behind and that would be a disservice to their clients. Understanding and recognising people’s needs, wants and concerns is key. I think my negotiation experience and area knowledge is valuable to all involved.
