Leigh Crockford, founder and owner of Crockford Real Estate, established the Company in 1974 and has been proud to have been one of Tauranga's few remaining independently owned and operated Real Estate Agencies.

Crockford Real Estate has built and maintains a reputation for honesty, integrity, professionalism and a strong focus on customer service in an industry where these values can sometimes be overlooked.

It is now time for change.  In 2020 we have decided the time is right to re-brand our long established family owned independent Real Estate Agency in Tauranga to Ray White, to take in the next level of growth.

We feel very connected to the Ray White values and culture, also being family orientated.  After a lot of research, the Ray White brand stood out beyond everything else in terms of its support, structure and systems.

All remains the same at Crockford Real Estate under the brand of Ray White, specialising in residential, rural and lifestyle sales, as well as sub-division developments and sections.

Our goal is to provide a service that delivers results in a friendly less stressful environment, as our Company is supported by a dedicated hardworking team who enjoy success by giving a more personalised, experienced and user-friendly service to their new and lifelong clients.
