Sales and marketing run through Mike Simpson's veins – his family have owned and operated a successful advertising agency in Auckland for almost 40 years. During his career, he has managed high-profile brands including Porsche, McLaren, Microsoft, and HP, and has been instrumental in founding and successfully exiting an award-winning start-up software business – so he is tech-savvy, too, which is an essential asset in today’s marketplace.

Mike prides himself on his communication skills and the comprehensive network he has built up during his career. He says he’s lucky to have experienced success, but that is a huge testament to the people he has aligned with and who he will continue to work with as he assists them with their real estate needs.

Mike has been interested in real estate since his university days when many of his friends studied architecture. He became fascinated with the firms they admired and how design affected price expectations of homes on the market, and this passion has only intensified over the years.
