  • Licensee Salesperson

Hailing from central China, Miko Xu brings a diverse background and a wealth of skills to her current role. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Miko's early experience in banking provided her with a strong foundation in financial management and loans, skills that have proven invaluable in her professional journey.

In 2013, Miko embarked on a new adventure, traveling to New Zealand to study English at Massey University. It was during this time that she serendipitously met her husband, discovering they had both lived just minutes apart in China. After completing her language course in Palmerston North, Miko and her husband relocated to Auckland, where she spent three years honing her skills in the hospitality industry.

Obtaining residency in 2016, Miko set her sights on a profession that would leverage her business acumen. In 2017, she earned her real estate license and embarked on her career in the industry. Joining the esteemed John Q & Co. over five years ago, Miko was drawn to the team's consistent achievement as Ray White Chairman's Elite agents, a testament to their professionalism and excellence. Her fluency in Mandarin and English, coupled with her unwavering work ethic and determination to succeed, make her an invaluable asset to the team. Miko eagerly anticipates leveraging her extensive network to serve Chinese buyers and sellers in their home and investment property transactions.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Miko finds joy in swimming, which helps her maintain her fitness. In her leisure time, she and her family embark on adventures in New Zealand's breathtaking wilderness, hiking and exploring the beauty of their adopted home country.
