As a third generation real estate agent it was a natural move for Milly to step into real estate. She started her career supporting multiple Chairman’s Elite Agents as a PA, administrator and operations assistant for 3 years at Ray White and received the "we believe in people and their dreams" award in 2022.

Milly loves a challenge, and her clients can feel confident that her eye for detail and problem solving skills will ensure they are looked after from start to finish. Her positive can do attitude and passion for people is visible in every interaction. When she’s not working hard at the office or out and about at open homes she volunteers at a radio station which satisfies her love of music.

Having now made the move to fully fledged salesperson working alongside her mother Lisa Smyth, Milly is looking forward to helping her clients however she can to achieve their property dreams.
