Nalu has been with Ray White Austar Realty Limited since 2020 and currently serves as Head of Operations and a Licensed Salesperson, supporting sales teams across the business. In this multifaceted role, she oversees daily operations and long-term strategic planning, driving efficiency across departments including sales, marketing, and administration. Nalu is also responsible for key HR functions while providing direct executive support to the General Manager. She plays a crucial role in maintaining company culture, client satisfaction, and internal systems. Her attention to detail ensures the seamless interdepartmental communication and the implementation of best practices company-wide.

Originally from Uruguay, Nalu brings a rich cultural background and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
