Natasha McPherson is our senior Leasing Agent.  She has been with the Metro team for 16 years.  Throughout that time she has honed her skills on matching prospective tenants with available properties.  Natasha has excellent communication skills.   Her role includes holding open homes for all the properties that are vacant or soon to be so.  She helps prospective tenants apply for the property of their choice, carries out credit and reference checks, laises with investors and generally helps both the investor and the prospective tenant to complete all the necessary steps so that our investors have less days with no rent coming in.

Away from the office Natasha is kept busy with  family life revolving around her seven year old son.
