After living in the home for more than two decades, Gregory and Catherine said they had loved living in the home, but had decided to sell after purchasing a motor yacht to explore the coast of New Zealand.
“It’s close in proximity to town and very central to most things. It affords quiet country living on a no-exit road with great neighbours – it feels very safe,” Gregory said.
“We have developed the property for our specific uses and lifestyle, with extra garaging for our hobbies and small business use, plus there’s plenty of room to storehouse ‘stuff’ inside and outside in the shedding areas.
“The home is very comfortable with easy living and flow, and the air-conditioning and pool have been fantastic in the hot weather.
“Catherine has had an enjoyable time raising young cattle and growing them over many years, plus the enjoyment of raising her pet livestock as well.
“It will be very hard to vacate as we have many features on the property that are hard to replicate and we will miss them very much.
“We have enjoyed 23 years here and have decided to refocus to allow us to travel within New Zealand.”
The property is being sold by deadline sale closing on March 23 at 2pm unless sold prior.
