Ray White New Zealand is now the Official New Zealand Real Estate Partner of New Zealand Rugby in a deal that unites two of the nation's most well-known brands.

The agreement positions Ray White's iconic yellow logo alongside the silver fern on match days, while aligning and engaging the company's leaders with the high-performance culture that has made New Zealand Rugby and its teams a global phenomenon.

"This is a significant moment both for our group and industry," said Daniel Coulson, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand.

"Through Ray White's technology and scale we bring the whole team to everything we do, and now, becoming an official partner of the All Blacks and the Black Ferns, our team is bigger and better than ever."

The multi-year partnership will see Ray White's brand promoted during All Blacks and Black Ferns match day experiences and digital platforms, while unlocking behind-the-scenes access for the company's nationwide network of agents.

"Ray White shares our pursuit of excellence, with a drive to push boundaries, innovate and work as a team," said Steve Lancaster, Interim Chief Executive of New Zealand Rugby.

“We’re excited to have Ray White onboard as partner of New Zealand Rugby, the All Blacks and Black Ferns. Ray White’s dedication to being humble leaders in the real estate market mirrors the values we instil in our teams, and we look forward to working alongside them over the next three years.”

The partnership delivers tangible competitive advantages for Ray White's 2000+ agents across New Zealand.

Through curated high-performance workshops and leadership masterclasses, real estate professionals will extract proven strategies in resilience, teamwork, and performance under pressure from athletes and coaches operating at sport's highest level.

"We're bringing world-class sporting excellence into boardrooms and sales floors across the country," Mr Coulson said.

"The lessons our teams will learn about mental toughness, strategic execution, and maintaining excellence under pressure are directly transferable to serving clients in one of life's most significant transactions."

The partnership launches immediately and will carry through to the end of 2028 supporting the All Blacks and Black Ferns as they pursue global dominance on rugby's biggest stages.
