Ray White Austar Realty continues to grow after re-signing with Ray White for five years.

After operating a real estate business for 17 years, business owners Len Day and Craig Smith moved their five offices to Ray White from another brand five years ago.

Five years later, Mr Day said it was an easy decision to re-sign with Ray White for another five years.

“Everything that was promised to us when we first signed up to Ray White five years ago has been delivered, and more,” he said.

“The initial reason for joining was we wanted to join a growing brand, and Ray White in New Zealand has just gone from strength to strength, so it was a very easy decision.”

Ray White Austar Realty comprises offices in New Lynn, Green Bay, Blockhouse Bay, Titirangi and Central West.

With a growing team and changing office needs, Ray White Austar Realty has recently moved into a brand new New Lynn office.

“The growth over the last few years has been quite significant and we’re now touching on 80 sales people across the five offices,” Mr Day said.

“New Lynn is quite a hub of the west Auckland marketplace.

“The office we had was small and not very functional from a real estate view. While it was a tough financial time as the market dropped, we had to take into account the change from Covid with people working from home.

“I put a lot of thought into the design so it became a more practical drop in office, but people who liked working in the office were also very well catered for.”
