Ray White AT Realty had a huge night, taking out the award for Agency of the Year - Small, as well as Ray White Manukau sales manager Richie Lewis taking the gong for Manager of the Year.

Mr Lewis said he was honoured to win the Manager of the Year award, and proud of the team for winning the award for Agency of the Year - Small.

“I knew I was one of three finalists, but you never know until you hear your name called out,” he said.

“I was really thankful just to be in the mix, and then to be recognised. It’s an amazing privilege to celebrate and add value to our team.

“This is the second year in a row our team has won the award for Agency of the Year - Small, and it’s a testament to all the hard work our team is doing.

“It makes us even more committed to working harder and continuing to improve and give back to our community.”

Ray White Best Property Management (pictured above) took out the award for Residential Property Management Office of the Year – Medium.

“This is the fourth time we’ve won it in the last five years,” Ray White Best Property Management director Peter Best said.

“We were surprised but I was very excited for the team. We have an amazing team and an incredible manager in Tamara Willis who has worked with us for 26 years.

“I have been with Ray White since the beginning and I sold my sales business in 2018 and kept the property management business to put some real effort into that, which has paid off.

“We have very loyal clients, people stick with us because of our amazing service which is a testament to our incredible team.”

Kerry Visser from Ray White Kingsland | Ray White Grey Lynn (pictured above) took out the award for Office Administrator of the Year (All Sectors).

Ray White Kingsland| Grey Lynn business owner Tim Hawes said Ms Visser had made an incredible mark on their business.

“She’s incredibly unflappable and working inside two businesses which have grown so quickly, she’s been able to grow with us,” Mr Hawes said.

“I’m so happy to see her get recognised. There’s no way we could do everything we do as a sales business without her driving things.”
