The new office marks a continued period of growth for Mr Keesom, who has operated Ray White Hamilton since 2018 and Ray White Cambridge since 2020.

Mr Keesom, who began his real estate career in 2009, said the move into Morrinsville evolved naturally through the strength of his existing team.

“Morrinsville happened organically,” he said.

“One of our salespeople, Tod Foster, lives in Morrinsville and has been successfully selling in the town as well as Hamilton.

“He’d built a trusted reputation locally, and when a couple of local agents started exploring new opportunities, he told them about what we were doing at Ray White. They came over to meet the team and said, ‘Yep, this is for us!’

“Things moved quickly from there, but the office has already made a great impact in the town.”

While Ray White had never previously had an office in Morrinsville, Mr Keesom said he had long considered the area as a potential growth opportunity.

“I always had Morrinsville on the radar, but the new additions to our team really accelerated the move,” he said.

“Over the next 12 months, our goal is to build a solid foundation, increase brand awareness, and ultimately secure the majority market share.

“We want to be known in the community as a reliable, efficient, and genuinely good business.”

The opening comes as Mr Keesom continues to invest in the future of his broader operations, recently relocating both Hamilton and Cambridge teams into upgraded offices.

“We needed a change; if nothing changes, nothing changes,” he said.

“The move into a new, purpose-built office has been a huge step forward. It’s allowed us to adopt new technology, refresh our ways of working, and create a space the team is proud to come into. That momentum has flowed through to Cambridge as well.”

Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson congratulated Mr Keesom on the expansion.

“Mark is a highly respected leader within our network, and his commitment to growth, innovation, and community connection is evident in everything he does,” Mr Coulson said.

“We are delighted to see Ray White Morrinsville open and look forward to supporting his team as they continue to deliver outstanding results for clients across the region.”
