Ray White New Plymouth hammers home super six for $2.657M

The Ray White New Plymouth office has enjoyed excellent success under the hammer at their latest in-room event as the office sold six of their seven available properties for $2.657 million.

Arguably the stand-out came courtesy of Ray White New Plymouth Salesperson Bianca Brown as she successfully managed the $750,000 sale of 19 Jersey Place (above) in Bell Block.

“Bell Block is a sought-after location that’s up-and-coming with new developments. We had more than 25 groups through during the campaign and both of the registered buyers actively competed to drive a great outcome for our seller,” Ms Brown said.

“There was a mixture of demographics with first home buyers, young families, downsizers and investors all showing an interest in this great property.”
