Ray White New Zealand head of property management Zac Snelling said he was incredibly proud of the Ray White Best Property Management Team for their well-deserved accolades.
“It’s a real testament to their standards and dedication to their customers in seeing their office recognised for the third time at this level, and for one of their property managers to be recognised for the second time as a finalist at this year’s awards,” Mr Snelling said.
“Operating consistently at these industry-leading levels is no easy feat, and to be recognised as such by their peers and the industry is a significant achievement – we couldn’t be happier for Peter, Tamara, and the team and can’t wait to see what’s next for their industry leading property management business.”
Ray White Best Property Management director Peter Best said this was the third time his team had won the award.
“The entire team are over the moon having won the REINZ Residential Property Management Office of the Year – Medium award for 2024. We had previously won this award in 2021 and 2022, so this was a great achievement,” he said
“Winning this award was a team effort. Our manager, Tamara Willis has been with the company for over 25 years and she has built and trained the team to offer exemplary service to both landlords and tenants alike.
“We are very proud to have our senior property manager Andrea Boussicot as one of the three finalists for the 2024 REINZ Property Manager of the Year. Andrea was Ray White New Zealand Property Manager of the Year in 2023.
“We feel we won the award due to our professionalism, expertise and commitment to delivering high quality services throughout the Auckland Eastern Suburbs. Tamara has exceptional management and organisational skills and this has been a major contributor.”
