Ray White Whangarei hit their auctions for six

Ray White Whangarei celebrated a one hundred per cent clearance rate at auction last night as they sold all six of their properties under the hammer for a combined value of $3,924,000.

The real stand-out of the night came in Woodhill as Ray White Whangarei Salespeople Zoltan Waxman (above) and Devon Cameron successfully sold 13 Kirikiri Road (below) for $825,000.

“This was an exceptional auction that was highly contested and had buyers bidding from Abu Dhabi all the way to Auckland – eventually selling for 54 per cent over CV,” Mr Waxman said.

“We had more than 75 groups through the property during the campaign and our innovative use of advanced online marketing meant the home was seen by nearly 200,000 people.

“This reach attracted potential buyers from across the globe with enquiry pouring in from all corners of the world – that eventually culminated in 17 registered bidders on the night.
