Ray White has released its January sales numbers which show the market has increased in value by 50.3 per cent on the same time lastyear. The total volume of sales for residential property was $943 million which was the greatest number of sales by value for an individual month of January.
In addition to this there were 1,228 properties sold which is up 25.6 per cent on the same time last year. An area of interest was the number of new listings coming onto the market and this was higher than the number of property sold at 1,425. Although this number was 3.1 per cent down on the same time last year.
