Ms Lamb has owned the home since 1984.

“I am happy here. It is an amazing place to live, with your boat at the bottom of the garden, always full of friends and family,” Ms Lamb said.

“My children and grandchildren all lived in the front house. We had no problems for more than 40 years.”

Despite her age, Ms Lamb has plans to move overseas, proving you’re never too old for a new adventure.

“I am 86 and want to live with friends in their hotel in the Philippines. I am going to give it a go.

“Life is short. How long do I have?

“I have traveled the world so much, but no place is like 10 Musick Point Road.”
