Your partners in Auckland property
Welcome to Ray White Now Rentals. We’re a team of property specialists who believe managing your investment should be simple, rewarding, and maybe even enjoyable.
We created Now Rentals because we knew property management in Auckland could be better. We were tired of seeing owners treated like just another number. You deserve a real partnership—one built on trust, straight-up communication, and a shared goal of seeing your investment thrive.
Our approach is simple: it’s all about people. A property is a home for a tenant and a significant asset for an owner. We get that. Our job is to look after both, making sure we find great tenants who will care for your property as if it were their own.
We pair the powerful tools and technology of the Ray White network with our own local, personal touch. It means you get streamlined, efficient systems, plus a dedicated expert you can always pick up the phone and talk to.
At Ray White Now Rentals, we promise to be:
- Auckland-wide in our knowledge. Based in Ellerslie, our expertise spans all of Auckland. From the Shore to the South, we understand the unique rental dynamics of our city’s diverse neighbourhoods.
- Always a step ahead. We’re proactive, not reactive. We handle potential issues before they become problems, from scheduling regular maintenance to staying on top of the latest tenancy laws, so your investment is always protected.
- Clear and honest in our communication. You’ll always know what’s happening. We believe in keeping you in the loop with regular, jargon-free updates. No surprises, just straightforward advice.
