Olivia Dowling is a Licensee Salesperson with The Olivia Collective Team at Ray White Invercargill. Born and raised in Southland, she brings a strong connection to the region. Before real estate, Olivia worked in fashion design, project management and business ownership, including high-end fashion production and retail.

That experience shaped Olivia’s creative eye, organisation and attention to detail. She values clear communication and genuine care, helping clients understand their options and feel supported through the decisions involved in buying or selling. Her own experience of life on a lifestyle block also gives her a personal perspective on finding a home that fits.

Olivia works with buyers and sellers across Invercargill and Southland alongside teammate Olivia Buchanan. For a conversation about your next property move, contact Olivia on 027 236 0331.
